Instructions
️⃣ Prepare the seasoning: In a small bowl, combine paprika, onion powder, garlic powder, dried oregano, dried thyme, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper. Mix well. 🌶️
️⃣ Season the shrimp: Place the shrimp in a large bowl and sprinkle the seasoning mix over them. Toss to coat the shrimp evenly. 🍤
️⃣ Heat the oil: In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. 🫒
️⃣ Cook the shrimp: Add the seasoned shrimp to the skillet and cook for about 2-3 minutes on each side, or until the shrimp are opaque and cooked through. Remove the shrimp from the skillet and set aside. 🍤
️⃣ Cook the vegetables: In the same skillet, add the sliced red, yellow, and green bell peppers, and red onion. Sauté for about 5-7 minutes, or until the vegetables are tender but still crisp. 🌶️🧅
️⃣ Combine and serve: Return the cooked shrimp to the skillet and toss with the vegetables. Cook for another 1-2 minutes to heat through. 🌶️🍤
️⃣ Assemble the fajitas: Warm the flour tortillas in a separate skillet or microwave. Spoon the shrimp and vegetable mixture onto each tortilla. Top with fresh cilantro and a squeeze of lime juice, if desired.
