Description

Indulge in the perfect summer treat with these Frozen Candied Grapes. With the tangy kick from lime and the sweetness of Monk Fruit sweetener, each bite offers a refreshing burst of flavor. The light dusting of citric acid gives an optional sour punch, making this healthy snack both delicious and fun.

Ingredients

Scale

4 cups green grapes, cleaned
1 cup Monk Fruit Sweetener, granulated
2 limes, juiced
23 tsp citric acid (optional, more to taste)

Instructions

Cover a large baking dish with parchment paper. Clean the grapes thoroughly.
In a large bowl, place the cleaned grapes and pour the lime juice over them. Toss the grapes gently with a spoon to ensure they are evenly coated with the lime juice. Allow the grapes to sit in the fridge for 10 minutes to soak up the flavors.
In a separate medium bowl, combine the Monk Fruit sweetener and citric acid.
Remove the grapes from the fridge and roll each one in the Monk Fruit mixture, ensuring each grape is completely coated.
Transfer the coated grapes onto the prepared parchment-lined baking dish, spreading them out so they don’t touch each other.
Place the baking dish in the freezer for 2-3 hours, or until the grapes are fully frozen.
