Ingredients
1 cup peanut butter (smooth) *See notes
1 cup cream cheese, softened
1 cup powdered sugar
1 cup heavy cream
Instructions
In a large mixing bowl, beat together the peanut butter, cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth. Set aside.
In a separate mixing bowl, beat the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
Gently beat 1/4 of the whipped cream into the peanut butter mixture to lighten it.
Fold in another 1/2 of the whipped cream and mix until well combined.
Add the remaining whipped cream and fold it in until the mousse is smooth and fully combined.
Transfer the mousse into a piping bag fitted with a swirly tip. Pipe the mousse into mason jars or glass jars.
Enjoy immediately or refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving for a firmer texture.
