Directions

Lime Cream:

  3. Dissolve the Gelatin: Squeeze excess water from the gelatin sheets and add them to the hot cream mixture. Stir until the gelatin is completely dissolved.
  4. Cool and Set: Allow the mixture to cool for about 10 minutes. Then, pour it into chilled verrines and refrigerate for at least 3 hours to set.
Raspberry Coulis:
  1. Soften the Gelatin: Place the gelatin in cold water for 5 minutes to soften.
  2. Blend Raspberries: Puree the raspberries and sugar, then heat the puree until it boils. Add the drained gelatin and mix well.
  3. Combine with Lime Cream: Allow the coulis to cool for about 10 minutes. Then, gently pour it over the set lime cream in the verrines. Refrigerate again for at least 1 hour.

To Serve:
