Directions

  1. Prepare the Squid:

    • Deep-fry the squid until they turn golden brown and crispy, being careful not to over-fry.
    • Remove the squid from the oil using a strainer or a slotted spoon and drain on a plate lined with paper towels.
  4. Stir-Fry for Extra Flavor:
    • Heat the 1/2 tablespoon of oil in a skillet over high heat.
    • Add the chopped scallions and red chilies, stirring quickly to release their aroma.
    • Return the fried squid to the skillet, add salt and ground white pepper, and stir to combine well.

To stir-fry, heat the 1/2 tablespoon of oil in a skillet over high heat. Add the scallions and red chilies, stirring quickly. Return the fried squid to the skillet, add salt and white pepper, and stir to combine well. Serve hot.
