Whether you prefer the richness of dark chocolate or the sweetness of white chocolate, this recipe lets you create your own chocolate masterpieces. The best part? It’s incredibly simple and quick to make!

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups melted chocolate (semisweet, dark, milk, or white)
  • 2 cups fillings (choose from nuts, Nutella, peanut butter, jams, preserves, fresh berries, marshmallows, marshmallow creme or fluff, caramel sauce, crushed Oreos, thick ganache)

Directions:

  1. Melt the Chocolate: Begin by melting your chocolate in the microwave. Use 30-second increments, stirring between each interval until the chocolate is smooth and fully melted.
  2. Prepare the Mold: Take an ice cube tray and use a small paintbrush to apply a thick coating of melted chocolate into each cavity. Make sure to cover the sides and bottom thoroughly.
  3. First Freeze: Place the tray in the freezer for about 10 minutes to allow the chocolate to set.
  4. Add Fillings: Remove the tray from the freezer and fill each cavity with your chosen add-ins. Whether you opt for crunchy nuts, creamy peanut butter, or luscious caramel, the choice is yours!
  5. Seal with Chocolate: Once filled, spoon additional melted chocolate over the fillings, ensuring they are fully covered. Use a spoon or spatula to spread the chocolate smoothly across the top.
  6. Final Freeze: Return the tray to the freezer and let it chill for 15-20 minutes, or until the chocolate is fully set.
  7. Unmold and Enjoy: Carefully flip the ice cube tray onto a tray lined with wax paper. Gently tap the tray to release the chocolate cubes. Serve immediately, or store them in an airtight container in the refrigerator until you’re ready to enjoy.
