  • 8 ounces rice noodles ๐Ÿœ
  • 2 bell peppers, thinly sliced ๐ŸŒถ๏ธ
  • 1/3 cup tamari or soy sauce ๐Ÿฅข
  • 1/3 cup chopped fresh cilantro ๐ŸŒฟ
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh Thai or regular basil ๐ŸŒฟ
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh green onions ๐ŸŒฑ

Instructions:
