  • 6 cups Water
  • 2 Fresh Australian Mangoes (or 3 Regular Mangoes)
  • ½ cup Condensed Milk
  • 1 cup Full Fat Coconut Milk

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Tapioca Pearls:
    • In a pot, combine 1 cup of mini tapioca pearls with 6 cups of water.
    • Set the heat to medium-low and allow the pearls to cook for 10 minutes. Keep stirring constantly to ensure the pearls do not stick to the bottom of the pot.

    • Drain the pearls and rinse under cold water. If serving immediately, set aside. Otherwise, keep them submerged in cold water until ready to use.
  2. Blend the Mango Mixture:
    • Peel and cube the fresh mangoes. Reserve half of the cubes for serving.
    • Place the other half in a blender along with condensed milk and coconut milk.
    • Blend until the mixture is smooth.
  3. Combine and Serve:
    • Gently fold the drained tapioca pearls into the blended mango mixture.
    • Serve in bowls or glasses and top with the reserved fresh mango cubes for an extra splash of freshness.
