Ingredients
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 pound shrimp (tails on or off)

2 tablespoons unsalted butter
6 cloves garlic, minced
½ cup chicken broth
1 ½ cups reduced-fat cream
½ cup parmesan cheese, freshly grated
2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Season shrimp with salt and pepper. Fry the shrimp for 1-2 minutes on each side until just cooked through and pink. Transfer to a bowl; set aside.
