Ingredients

Yogurt Version:

  • 28 fresh raspberries
  • 1/3 cup vanilla yogurt (I used Siggi’s 4%)
  • 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips (I used Lily’s dark chocolate chips)
  • 2 teaspoons coconut oil

White Chocolate Version:

  • 28 fresh raspberries
  • 1/2 cup white chocolate chips (I used Lily’s white chocolate chips)
  • 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips (I used Lily’s dark chocolate chips)
  • 4 teaspoons coconut oil, divided

Directions

Yogurt Version:

  1. Prepare the Raspberries
Rinse the fresh raspberries and pat them dry with a paper towel. Let them sit out for a few minutes to dry completely.
  2. Dip in Yogurt
Cover a small baking sheet with parchment paper. Using a toothpick or your fingers, dip each raspberry into the vanilla yogurt, making sure it’s evenly coated. Place the yogurt-coated raspberries on the baking sheet.
  3. Freeze
Freeze the yogurt-covered raspberries for 30-60 minutes, or until the yogurt hardens.
  4. Melt the Chocolate
In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the dark chocolate chips with 2 teaspoons of coconut oil in 30-second intervals, stirring in between until the chocolate is smooth and thin enough for dipping.
  5. Dip in Chocolate
Once the yogurt-covered raspberries are frozen, dip each one into the melted chocolate, then return to the parchment-lined baking sheet.
  6. Freeze and Enjoy
Freeze again until the chocolate sets. Your chocolate-covered frozen yogurt raspberries are now ready to enjoy!

White Chocolate Version:

  1. Prepare the Raspberries
Rinse and dry the raspberries thoroughly.
  2. Melt the White Chocolate
In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the white chocolate chips with 2 teaspoons of coconut oil in 30-second intervals until smooth.
  3. Dip in White Chocolate
Using a toothpick, dip each raspberry into the melted white chocolate and place it on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Freeze for 30-60 minutes until the white chocolate hardens.
  4. Melt the Dark Chocolate
Melt the dark chocolate chips with the remaining 2 teaspoons of coconut oil in 30-second intervals in the microwave until smooth.
  5. Dip in Dark Chocolate
Take the frozen white chocolate-covered raspberries and dip them into the melted dark chocolate. Place them back on the parchment-lined sheet.
  6. Freeze and Enjoy
Freeze until the chocolate sets, then enjoy this decadent two-layered chocolate treat!

Recipe Notes

  • Siggi’s 4% vanilla yogurt adds a rich and creamy layer to the raspberries in the yogurt version, but you can use any vanilla yogurt you like.
  • Lily’s chocolate chips are a great option for this recipe because they’re sweetened with stevia, keeping the sugar content low without sacrificing taste.
