Ingredients
For the Garlic Parmesan Butter:
1 pound salted butter, softened
5 cloves garlic, grated
½ cup finely grated parmesan cheese
1 lemon, zest and juice
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
¼ cup fresh parsley, finely chopped, optional for serving
For the Chicken Skewers:
3 pounds boneless, skinless chicken thighs, cut into 2-inch strips
2 teaspoons salt
½ teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
Melt the butter in a medium-sized bowl. Add grated garlic, parmesan cheese, lemon zest, lemon juice, salt, and red pepper flakes. Stir to combine.
Trim wooden skewers to fit your air fryer. Pack 6-7 pieces of chicken onto each skewer and season with salt and pepper.
Brush each skewer with the garlic parmesan butter. Cook in the air fryer at 350°F for 15 minutes, basting every 5 minutes. The chicken should be golden brown.
Once cooked, pour the garlic parmesan butter from the air fryer over the chicken, garnish with parmesan and parsley, and serve with lemon wedges.
