Ingredients
1/2 pound ground beef
Salt and pepper, to taste
4 slices of bread (your choice)
2 tablespoons butter, softened
1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, or your favorite)
1/4 cup diced tomatoes
1/4 cup diced onions
1/4 cup diced bell peppers (optional)
Instructions
In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until it is browned and cooked through. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Drain any excess fat and set aside.
Spread softened butter on one side of each slice of bread.
Place the bread slices, buttered side down, on a clean surface.
