Step 2: Cook the Shrimp

  1. Over medium heat in a large pan, sear the marinated shrimp on both sides until golden brown and set aside.

  1. In the same pan, add unsalted butter, shallots, sliced garlic, and red pepper flakes. Cook for a few minutes until the garlic becomes fragrant.
  2. Add white wine, lemon juice, and parsley. Cook for 4-5 minutes to reduce slightly and allow the alcohol to cook out.
