1 tablespoon freshly grated ginger or 1 teaspoon ground ginger
2 cloves garlic, minced
¼ teaspoon hot chili flakes or ½ teaspoon sriracha
For the noodles:
10 ounces uncooked noodles
½ cup green onions, finely sliced
1 tablespoon sesame seeds
1 tablespoon peanuts, chopped (optional)
1 cup edamame, defrosted (optional)

Instructions
Soak the noodles in hot water according to package directions.
