Ingredients
3 Pears, halved
6 tsp Butter
2 Tbsp Honey
1 tsp Cinnamon
1/2 tsp Salt
3 Tbsp Almond Slices
Instructions
Halve each pear and remove the core with a melon baller, creating a circular hole.
Cut a small flat piece off the bottom of each pear half to prevent rolling.
Score the rounded side of each pear half with a knife, 3-4 times in two directions.
Place a teaspoon of butter in the center of each pear half.
Set the pears on parchment paper in the air fryer tray.
Drizzle honey over the pears and sprinkle with cinnamon and salt.
Air fry or bake at a moderate temperature until almost done. Add almond slices during the last 2-5 minutes to toast lightly.
