Ingredients
1.5 lb chicken thighs
½ cup tomato sauce
1 red bell pepper, chopped
½ cup peanut butter
¼ cup olive oil
½ onion, chopped
1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 teaspoon bouillon powder
2 cups chicken stock or water
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon salt, or to taste
Instructions
Wash and pat dry the chicken thighs. Season with salt and pepper.
In a skillet, brown the chicken in olive oil over medium-high heat, then set aside.
