Ingredients
1 head cauliflower
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon honey
2 teaspoons paprika
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon turmeric
½ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon black pepper
Pistachios (optional, to garnish)
Instructions
Remove the leaves from the cauliflower and cut into similar-sized florets.
In a large bowl, drizzle olive oil and honey over the florets. Toss gently to coat.
Sprinkle with paprika, garlic powder, turmeric, salt, and black pepper. Shake the bowl to evenly coat the cauliflower.
Prepare the air fryer basket by spraying with oil or lining with foil. Distribute the cauliflower in an even layer.
Cook at 400°F for 5 minutes, shake the basket, and cook for another 5-7 minutes until crispy.
Garnish with additional honey and chopped pistachios if desired.
