Description

These Air Fryer Cream Cheese Wontons are the perfect combination of creamy and crispy, making them an irresistible appetizer or snack. The wonton wrappers become wonderfully golden and crunchy in the air fryer, while the cream cheese filling remains smooth and flavorful with a hint of garlic and onion.

16 wonton wrappers
4 oz cream cheese, softened
½ teaspoon garlic powder
⅛ teaspoon onion powder
⅛ teaspoon parsley flakes
Olive oil spray


Instructions

In a small bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, and parsley flakes.
Lay six wonton wrappers on a piece of parchment paper and moisten the edges with water.
Place about one teaspoon of the cream cheese mixture onto the center of each wonton wrapper. Fold the wrapper in half diagonally over the filling, pressing firmly to remove any air and seal the edges. Then, bring the two opposite corners together over the center, using a little water to secure them.
Repeat with the remaining wonton wrappers.
Place the prepared wontons in the air fryer basket. Spray both sides with olive oil spray. Bake at 350˚F for 4 minutes with the folded points facing down.
After 4 minutes, spray with more olive oil, flip the wontons, spray the tops with olive oil, and bake for an additional 4-6 minutes, or until golden brown.
