Ingredients
For the Crispy Potatoes:
3 large potatoes
Olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika, and dried parsley to taste
For the Steak Bites:
2 10-ounce strip steaks
Olive oil, salt, pepper, & garlic powder to taste
Steak seasoning (Kinder’s Prime Steak Seasoning recommended)
4 TBSP of butter
1 tsp of minced garlic
1 tsp of dried parsley
Instructions
Prep the Potatoes:
Wash and cube the potatoes.
Toss them in olive oil and season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika, and dried parsley.
Air fry at 400°F for 20 minutes, shaking occasionally.
Prepare the Steak Bites:
Cut steak into 1-inch cubes and coat in olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and steak seasoning.
After potatoes are done, air fry steak bites at 400°F for 7 minutes for a medium finish.
Make Garlic Butter Sauce:
Melt butter and mix in minced garlic and dried parsley.
Serve:
Pour garlic butter over steak bites and serve atop the crispy potatoes.
