These Air Fryer Ravioli are crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, making them a perfect appetizer or snack! Coated in a flavorful blend of breadcrumbs, parmesan, and Italian seasoning, they’re air-fried to golden perfection in just minutes. Serve with marinara sauce for dipping, and enjoy this irresistible twist on classic ravioli—light, crispy, and full of cheesy goodness!

Ingredients

Scale

12 oz fresh ravioli (from the refrigerated section)
2 eggs
½ cup breadcrumbs
½ cup grated parmesan cheese
1 tsp Italian seasoning
For Dipping:
½ cup marinara sauce

Instructions

In a bowl, whisk the eggs.
In another bowl, combine the breadcrumbs, grated parmesan cheese, and Italian seasoning.
Set up a breading station by placing the ravioli, eggs, and breadcrumb mixture side by side. Dip each ravioli into the eggs, then coat them in the breadcrumb mixture.
Place the breaded ravioli on a plate and spray both sides with olive oil cooking spray.
Preheat the air fryer to 380°F (190°C) for 5 minutes.
Arrange the breaded ravioli in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Air fry for 6 to 7 minutes, or until golden brown and puffed up.
Once done, transfer the crispy air-fried ravioli to a serving dish. Serve with marinara sauce or your favorite dipping sauce.
