Description

These Air Fryer Taco Bombs are the perfect bite-sized snack, featuring a crispy golden exterior with a flavorful, cheesy taco filling. Each bomb is packed with seasoned ground beef and melty cheddar, wrapped in soft biscuit dough, and air-fried to perfection. These are great for a quick snack, game day treat, or a fun twist on Taco Tuesday!

Ingredients

Scale

1 can refrigerated canned biscuits
1 pound ground beef
1 packet taco seasoning
24 cubes cheddar cheese

Instructions

Cook the ground beef:
In a medium skillet over medium-high heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain any excess grease.
Add the taco seasoning to the cooked beef and stir to combine. Cook for another 2-3 minutes until the beef is fully coated with the seasoning mixture. Set aside.
Prepare the biscuits:
While the beef is cooking, open the can of biscuits and separate the dough. Lightly roll each biscuit out to flatten it.
Assemble the taco bombs:
Spoon about 1 tablespoon of the seasoned ground beef mixture onto the center of each flattened biscuit.
Place a cube of cheddar cheese on top of the meat.
Pull the edges of the dough up over the meat and cheese mixture, pinching the sides together to fully seal the taco bomb.
Air fry the taco bombs:
Lightly spray the air fryer basket with non-stick cooking spray or line it with parchment paper.
Place the taco bombs in a single layer in the air fryer basket, making sure they don’t touch.
Air fry at 350°F for 5-7 minutes, or until the taco bombs are golden brown.
Serve:
Serve the taco bombs hot with your favorite dipping sauce, such as salsa, sour cream, or guacamole.
