Ingredients

Scale

1 pound (16 oz) ground turkey (93% lean)
1 large egg
¼ cup seasoned breadcrumbs
¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon dried parsley
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon chili powder
Salt and pepper to taste
For the Sauce:

½ cup chili sauce
¼ cup apricot preserves

Instructions

Preheat the air fryer to 400 degrees F.
In a medium mixing bowl, combine all the ingredients for the meatballs. Mix thoroughly with a rubber spatula or your hands.
Form the mixture into 1.5-inch balls using a small ice cream scoop or spoon, and arrange on a clean plate.
Spray the air fryer basket with non-aerosol olive oil spray. Place the meatballs in the basket in a single layer, spaced about 1 inch apart.
Lightly spray the meatballs with olive oil, then cook for 7-10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through to ensure even cooking.
For the sauce, mix the chili sauce and apricot preserves in a small bowl.
Once cooked, toss the meatballs in the sauce until well coated.
