Ingredients
1/2 cup of Hibiscus Flower Powder
1/4 cup of Rosehips
1/4 cup of Dried Ginger Root
2 tablespoons of Rosebuds
1/4 cup of apple cider vinegar
5–6 cups of water
2–3 tablespoons of honey OR 1/2 teaspoon of stevia
Instructions
In a large mason jar, add the dry herbs (hibiscus flower powder, rosehips, dried ginger root, and rosebuds).
Pour in the boiling water and let the mixture steep for 10-15 minutes.
Stir in your sweetener (either honey or stevia) and apple cider vinegar to taste.
Serve the cider hot, or add ice for a refreshing iced version.
