1.5 cups whole milk 🥛
1 cup heavy cream 🥄
½ cup sugar 🍬
3 oz Irish cream 🍷
3 egg yolks 🍳
1 teaspoon vanilla 🌿
Instructions
1️⃣ Combine all the ingredients in a blender. Blend until smooth. 🌀
2️⃣ Pour into an ice cream machine. Freeze according to the manufacturer’s instructions. ❄️🍦
3️⃣ Transfer to a freezer-safe container. Freeze for 3-4 hours, until firm enough to scoop. ⏳🍨
Irish Cream: You can’t add more than 3-4 ounces of Baileys or the ice cream won’t set. ⚠️
Storage: Store any leftover ice cream in an airtight container in the freezer for 3-4 months. 📦❄️
