Ingredients
15 oz can quartered artichoke hearts, drained
¼ cup unsalted butter, melted
½ teaspoon garlic powder
¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
¼ cup plain breadcrumbs
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Set aside.
Place the drained artichoke hearts in a bowl and pat dry with a paper towel.
In a small bowl, mix the melted butter and garlic powder.
In a separate bowl, combine the Parmesan cheese and breadcrumbs.
Dip each artichoke heart quarter into the butter mixture, then coat with the Parmesan-breadcrumb mixture. Place on the prepared baking sheet.
Repeat with all artichokes.
Bake for 18 minutes, turning once halfway through, until the artichokes are golden brown.
Let cool to room temperature, then transfer to a serving dish. Serve and enjoy!
