Ingredients
10–12 slices of bread (any kind)
4 oz cream cheese, softened
3 tablespoons powdered sugar
½ cup granulated white sugar
1 teaspoon cinnamon
½ cup butter, melted
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Slice the crusts off the bread and use a rolling pin to flatten each slice.
In a medium bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
Lay out two shallow dishes (pie plates work well for this). In one dish, mix the granulated sugar and cinnamon until well combined. In the other dish, add the melted butter.
Spread each slice of bread generously with the cream cheese mixture.
Roll up each slice tightly, then dip each roll in the melted butter, followed by the cinnamon-sugar mixture, ensuring it is well coated.
Place the rolled-up bread on a baking sheet.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes or until the roll-ups are lightly browned and crispy.
Serve warm and enjoy!
