3 large ripe peaches
1 to 2 tablespoons salted butter
2 tablespoons light brown sugar
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
For serving: Vanilla ice cream or whipped cream and caramel sauce


Instructions

Preheat your oven to 375°F and spray an oven-safe pan with nonstick spray.
Slice the peaches in half and remove the pits. Place the peach halves in the prepared pan, cut side up.
Place a small piece of butter (about 3/4 teaspoon) in the center of each peach half.
In a small bowl, mix together the brown sugar and cinnamon. Sprinkle the mixture evenly over the peaches.
Bake the peaches for 10 to 13 minutes, or until they are golden and soft.
