  • 2 boxes of Instant Pudding Mix (Vanilla or French Vanilla)
  • 2 cups of cold milk (whole, oat, or almond)
  • 14 oz of sweet condensed milk
  • 8 oz of softened cream cheese (room temperature)
  • 1 tsp of vanilla extract
  • 8 oz of Cool Whip
  • 2 boxes of vanilla wafers
  • 4 ripe bananas
  • 1 box of Chessman cookies (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the pudding mix and cold milk until smooth. Place the bowl in the refrigerator to set for 30 minutes.
  2. In a separate bowl, beat the cream cheese with the sweetened condensed milk and vanilla extract until combined. Gently fold in the Cool Whip until all ingredients are fully incorporated.
  3. Fold the cream cheese mixture into the chilled pudding until smooth and uniform.
  4. Begin layering your dessert by pouring some of the pudding mixture over a base layer of vanilla wafer cookies in your dish.
  5. Add a layer of sliced bananas over the pudding layer, then repeat the layering process with vanilla wafers, pudding, and bananas until you have created three layers, finishing with pudding on top.
  6. Cover the dish with plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight, allowing the flavors to meld and the pudding to set properly.
  7. Before serving, decorate the top layer of the pudding with optional Chessman cookies and a drizzling of caramel if desired.
