Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 13×9-inch rectangular pan.
Place 8 bread slices in one even layer at the bottom of the pan.
In a stand mixer, beat cream cheese with a paddle attachment until light and fluffy, about 3 minutes. Add 1/4 cup sugar, egg, and 1 1/2 tablespoons vanilla extract. Beat until blended.
Spread cream cheese mixture evenly over the bread slices in the pan.
In a medium bowl, toss blackberries, blueberries, and raspberries with 1/2 tablespoon sugar. Distribute evenly over the cream cheese layer.
Top with remaining 8 slices of bread. Press down gently.
In a large bowl, whisk together 7 eggs, ground cinnamon, 2 teaspoons vanilla extract, and salt. Add milk and half-and-half; mix well.
Pour egg mixture over the bread, pressing down with the back of a spoon to ensure absorption.
Bake for 50-60 minutes, or until set and cooked through.
Allow to cool for 10-20 minutes before serving. Dust with powdered sugar.
