Ingredients
4 large croissants, broken into small pieces (be sure to use already baked croissants; not croissant dough) 🥐
1 cup sliced strawberries 🍓
½ cup blueberries 🫐
½ cup raspberries 🍇
1 block (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened 🧀
2/3 cup granulated sugar 🥄
3/4 cup milk 🥛
2 large eggs 🥚🥚
2 teaspoons vanilla extract 🍦
Instructions
1️⃣ Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Spray a 9 x 9-inch baking dish with cooking spray. 🔥
2️⃣ Spread the broken croissant pieces evenly in the prepared baking dish. Place all the berries evenly over the croissants. 🥐🍓🫐🍇
3️⃣ Beat the softened cream cheese with an electric mixer until fluffy. Gradually add the sugar, milk, eggs, and vanilla extract. Mix until well combined. 🧀🥄🥛🥚🍦
4️⃣ Pour this mixture all over the croissants and berries. 🥐🍓🫐🍇
5️⃣ Cover the dish and place it in the fridge for 15 minutes or up to 14 hours. ❄️
6️⃣ Remove the cover and bake for 35 to 40 minutes or until golden brown and set. ⏳
