1 pound fresh Atlantic salmon (1 to 2 pieces)
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
1/2 teaspoon freshly cracked black pepper
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
Pinch of crushed red pepper flakes
4 naan breads
For the Slaw:

4 cups shredded green cabbage or coleslaw mix
3 mini seedless cucumbers, sliced
⅓ cup chopped cilantro
2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lime juice
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
For the Cilantro Sauce:

½ cup fresh cilantro
¼ avocado
2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lime juice
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
1 garlic clove, minced
Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

Preheat your grill to 400-450 degrees F.
Pat the salmon dry and mix the spices. Coat the salmon evenly.
Grill the salmon for 6-8 minutes until opaque. Let it rest.
Grill naan bread for 1-2 minutes per side.
Assemble the slaw ingredients and mix. Set aside.
Blend all cilantro sauce ingredients until smooth.
To serve, place slaw on naan, top with flaked salmon, and drizzle with cilantro sauce.
