1 cup milk (whole, cashew, or almond)
1 tablespoon maple syrup
1 teaspoon butterfly pea flower powder
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
A pinch of freshly ground nutmeg
1/4 teaspoon ashwagandha powder (optional)
Instructions
In a small saucepan over medium-low heat, combine milk, maple syrup, butterfly pea powder, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Whisk until the powders dissolve and the milk is warm but not simmering.
Use a handheld milk frother to create a latte-like froth or whisk vigorously.
Serve in a warm mug. Optionally, top with ground butterfly pea flowers.
