1 nine-inch pie crust, unbaked
2 cups fresh blueberries (if using frozen, do not thaw)
1 Tablespoon flour
1 cup sugar
1 cup evaporated milk
3 large eggs, slightly beaten
1 Teaspoon vanilla extract
A dash of cinnamon


Instructions

Preheat oven to 400°F (204°C).
Using a fork, prick the sides and bottom of the pie crust. Line the crust with parchment paper and fill with raw rice or pie weights.
Prebake the crust for 15 minutes, then remove the parchment and weights, allowing the crust to cool.
Distribute the blueberries evenly across the cooled pie crust.
In a medium bowl, combine flour and sugar. Gradually whisk in evaporated milk until smooth. Add eggs, cinnamon, and vanilla, continuing to whisk until fully blended.
Pour the custard mixture over the blueberries in the crust.
Bake at 425°F (218°C) for 15 minutes. Reduce heat to 350°F (177°C) and bake for an additional 35 minutes.
Allow the pie to cool completely before serving.
