Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 450°F (232°C).
- In a large bowl, mix together the flour, salt, sugar, and baking powder.
- Add the cold milk and blueberries to the dry ingredients and blend gently.
- Freeze a stick of butter, then break it into small chunks and distribute evenly over the dough.
- Fold and knead the dough several times to distribute the butter chunks evenly.
- On a floured surface, roll the dough to a thickness of about 1/4 to 1/8 inch, and use a biscuit cutter to form about six biscuits.
- Place the biscuits on a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake for 7-12 minutes, or until golden brown.
