Ingredients
4–5 cups cold water, divided 💧
2 cups blueberries, fresh or frozen (thawed) 🫐
1 cup (about 6 lemons) freshly squeezed lemon juice 🍋
¾ cup granulated sugar, more to taste 🍬
For serving: frozen blueberries, lemon slices, mint leaves 🧊🍋🌿
Instructions
1️⃣ In a blender, combine 2 cups of water with the blueberries and blend until smooth. 🍹
2️⃣ Strain the blueberry mixture through a fine-mesh sieve into a large pitcher to remove the pulp. 🥄
3️⃣ Add the freshly squeezed lemon juice and granulated sugar to the pitcher. Stir until the sugar is completely dissolved. 🍋🍬
4️⃣ Pour in the remaining 2-3 cups of cold water, adjusting to taste. If you prefer a stronger flavor, add less water; for a milder taste, add more. 💧
5️⃣ Chill the lemonade in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving. ❄️
