Ingredients
¼ cup packed brown sugar
2 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
1 tbsp bourbon
¼ cup roasted chopped pecans
8 oz round of brie cheese
1.9 oz package frozen mini fully baked phyllo shells (15 shells)
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a small bowl, combine the brown sugar, melted butter, bourbon, and chopped pecans, stirring well.
Remove the rind from the brie and discard, then cut the cheese into ¼-inch cubes.
Place a brie cube into each phyllo shell, then top each with ½ teaspoon of the bourbon pecan mixture.
Arrange the filled shells on a baking sheet and bake for 10 minutes, or until the brie has melted and is bubbly.
