1 small shallot, minced
2/3 cup shredded cheddar cheese

2 large eggs

Instructions

Steam the Broccoli: Steam the broccoli florets for 2 minutes until they are slightly tender. Drain and chop them into small pieces.
Combine the Ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, combine the chopped broccoli, minced shallot, shredded cheddar cheese, panko bread crumbs, and eggs. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Mix thoroughly until everything is well combined.
