Description

Dive into the opulence of Broiled Butter Lobster Tails, a dish that combines the simplicity of preparation with the indulgence of rich, buttery flavors. Each lobster tail, coated in a vibrant mix of paprika, garlic, and Cajun spices, emerges from the broiler succulently tender, ready to be adorned with fresh parsley and a squeeze of lemon for that perfect gourmet touch.

Ingredients

Scale

4 whole Lobster tails
4 tablespoons Butter, unsalted
½ tablespoon Garlic powder
2 teaspoons Paprika
1 teaspoon Cajun seasoning
1 whole Lemon, cut into wedges
Fresh Parsley, chopped for garnish

Instructions

Preheat your oven to BROIL at 500°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Preparation: Hold the lobster tail with the shell up. Cut the shell down the middle with scissors, stopping at the tail end. Flip and press down on the shell to crack it, then flip back, loosen the meat, and lift it through the shell.
Butter Sauce: Melt butter in a microwave-safe bowl, add garlic powder, paprika, and Cajun seasoning. Microwave for 30 seconds, stirring once.
Place the lobster tails on the baking sheet. Spoon the butter mixture over the tails.
Cook: Broil for 10 minutes. Remove and baste with any remaining butter. Garnish with parsley and lemon wedges.
