2 large boneless skinless chicken breasts, cooked and shredded
⅓ cup buffalo sauce
8 slices GO Veggie Sriracha Deli Slices or regular cheddar cheese
8 slices bread
23 tablespoons butter or a non-dairy butter spread, at room temperature


Instructions

In a bowl, combine the shredded chicken with buffalo sauce.
Spread butter on one side of each bread slice.
On the unbuttered side of four bread slices, evenly distribute the chicken mixture.
Top each with two slices of cheese, and cover with the remaining bread slices, buttered side up.
Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Place sandwiches on the skillet, cooking for about 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown and the cheese is melted.
Serve the sandwiches hot, cut in half.
