Description

These Buffalo Chicken Sliders are a crowd-pleasing combination of tender shredded chicken mixed with tangy buffalo sauce and creamy ranch dressing, all topped with a gooey blend of cheddar and mozzarella cheeses. The soft, slightly sweet King’s Hawaiian Rolls add the perfect contrast to the spicy filling, making each bite irresistible. These sliders are perfect for game day, parties, or even a fun weeknight dinner.

Ingredients

Scale

3 cups rotisserie chicken, shredded
1 package King’s Hawaiian Rolls (12 count)
1/2 cup ranch dressing
1/2 cup Frank’s buffalo sauce
1/4 cup butter, melted
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded

Instructions

Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Prepare Butter Mixture: In a small bowl, mix together the melted butter and garlic powder. Set aside.
Mix Chicken Filling: In a separate bowl, combine the shredded chicken, ranch dressing, half of the shredded cheeses, and the buffalo sauce. Mix until everything is evenly coated.
Assemble Sliders: Split the King’s Hawaiian Rolls in half horizontally. Place the bottom half of the rolls in a prepared 9×13-inch baking dish sprayed with cooking spray.
Add Chicken and Cheese: Spread the buffalo chicken mixture evenly over the bottom half of the rolls. Sprinkle the remaining shredded cheese on top.
Top and Bake: Place the top half of the rolls over the chicken and cheese mixture. Brush the tops of the rolls with the melted butter and garlic mixture.
Bake Covered: Cover the dish with foil and bake for 15 minutes.
Bake Uncovered: Remove the foil and bake for an additional 5 minutes, or until the tops of the sliders are golden brown.
Serve: Remove from the oven, slice the sliders, and serve hot!
