Instructions

  1. Prepare the Filling Combine the shredded chicken, buffalo sauce, softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, and chopped green onions in a mixing bowl. Mix well until fully combined. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  2. Assemble the Egg Rolls Place an egg roll wrapper on a clean, dry surface, oriented like a diamond. Spoon about 2-3 tablespoons of filling into the center. Fold the bottom corner over the filling, then the side corners, and roll tightly toward the top corner. Seal the edge with a bit of beaten egg.
