1 tsp paprika
1 tsp onion powder
1/4 tsp salt
1 cup panko breadcrumbs
1 cup buffalo sauce, preferably Frank’s RedHot Buffalo Sauce
1 tbsp vegan butter


Instructions

Press the Tofu: Wrap the tofu in a clean towel, place under a weight for 15-30 minutes to remove excess moisture.
Slice the Tofu: Cut tofu into 9-12 strips.
Prepare for Baking: Preheat oven to 425°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Mix Batter: In a bowl, combine flour, plant-based milk, spices, and whisk.
Breadcrumb Coating: Place breadcrumbs in another bowl.
Coat Tofu: Dip tofu in batter, then breadcrumbs, and arrange on the baking sheet.
Bake: For 25 minutes, flipping once.
Buffalo Sauce: Mix buffalo sauce and vegan butter, microwave for 1 minute.
Final Coating: Coat baked tofu in buffalo sauce.
