Ingredients
Brownie batter:
▢ ½ cup unsalted butter, melted and hot

â–¢ 2 large eggs
â–¢ 1 tablespoon water
â–¢ 2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract

▢ ¾ cup plus 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
▢ ½ teaspoon kosher salt
▢ ½ cup chocolate chips
Cream cheese mixture:
â–¢ 8 oz block cream cheese, softened
▢ ½ cup granulated sugar
â–¢ 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
â–¢ 1 large egg white
▢ ½ teaspoon pure vanilla extract
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F and line an 8×8 inch pan with foil, greased.
For brownie batter, mix hot melted butter and sugar, let sit for 5 minutes. Whisk in eggs, water, and vanilla. Combine cocoa, flour, and salt, mix into wet ingredients. Stir in chocolate chips, reserve one-third of the batter.
For cream cheese mixture, beat cream cheese, sugar, flour, egg white, and vanilla until smooth.
Alternate drops of cream cheese and brownie batter in the pan. Swirl lightly with a knife.
Bake for 32-37 minutes. Cool in the pan on a rack.
