- Heat Condensed Milk: Heat the sweetened condensed milk in a microwave-safe bowl for 90 seconds, ensuring it becomes hot without boiling over.
- Combine Milk and Chocolate: Pour the hot condensed milk over the chocolate chips. Let the mixture sit undisturbed for about 1 minute to soften the chips, then stir until they melt completely and the mixture is smooth.
