This Caramel Apple Cheesecake Dip is an indulgent and delightful dessert perfect for fall gatherings or as a special treat. The caramel dip brings a luxurious sweetness, perfectly complemented by the crunchy salted peanuts on top.

Ingredients

Scale

1/2 cup crushed graham crackers (about 6 halves)
12 ounces cream cheese, at room temperature
2 tablespoons salted butter, at room temperature
1 cup powdered sugar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
16 ounces Marzetti’s Old Fashioned Caramel Dip (warmed according to package directions)
4 ounces whipped topping (Cool Whip)
1/3 cup salted peanuts, chopped
Sliced apples and pears, for dipping

Instructions

Sprinkle the crushed graham crackers evenly over the bottom of a 9″ pie plate to form a base.
In a stand mixer or using a hand mixer, blend the cream cheese and butter together for 1 minute until smooth.
Add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract to the cream cheese mixture and blend on high speed for an additional minute, until creamy and well combined.
Carefully spoon the cream cheese mixture over the crushed graham crackers, spreading it out evenly.
Warm the caramel dip according to the package directions and spoon it over the cream cheese layer.
Allow the caramel to cool to room temperature before spreading the whipped topping over the caramel layer.
Top the dip with crushed salted peanuts for a crunchy finish.
Store the dip in the refrigerator until ready to serve. This dip can be made a day in advance.
