2 peaches, peeled, pitted, and chopped π
1 cup apple cider vinegar π
Β½ cup water, or more to your desired consistency π§
1 tablespoon jerk seasoning blend πΏ
1 tablespoon brown sugar π―
Instructions
1οΈβ£ Heat a pot to medium heat. Add olive oil and heat through. π«
2οΈβ£ Add peppers and onion and stir. Cook down about 6-7 minutes, until softened. π§ πΆοΈ
3οΈβ£ Add peaches and cook another 2-3 minutes to soften. π
