8 oz cream cheese
1 cup powdered sugar

Instructions

Carrot Cake Banana Bread:
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease two 8×4-inch loaf pans.
In a large bowl, cream together the softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until the mixture is light and fluffy.
Add the eggs and vanilla extract, beating until well combined.
Sift the flour, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, allspice, and salt into the wet mixture. Stir until just combined, being careful not to overmix.
