Ingredients

1 cup milk (any percentage)*
1.5 ounces good-quality white chocolate, chopped
1 chai tea bag
Whipped cream (optional, for topping)
Ground cinnamon (optional, for topping)


Instructions

Heat the milk in a small pot over medium-high heat. Add the chai tea bag, making sure the tag is kept away from the burner. Once the milk begins to steam and small bubbles form, turn off the heat.
Let the tea bag steep in the milk for 2 minutes. Press the tea bag between a spoon and the side of the pot to release any remaining liquid, then dispose of the bag.
Turn the heat back to medium and stir in the chopped white chocolate. Continue stirring until the chocolate has completely melted and the drink is smooth.
Pour the mixture into an 8-ounce mug. Top with whipped cream and a sprinkle of cinnamon if desired. Enjoy!
