2 cups flour
4 teaspoons baking powder
½ teaspoon salt
⅛ teaspoon cayenne pepper
¼ cup cold butter
1 cup sharp cheddar, shredded
2 tablespoons parmesan cheese, shredded
1 green onion, finely chopped
2 eggs
1 cup milk
3 tablespoons sugar


Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease an 8″ x 4″ loaf pan.
Whisk together the flour, baking powder, salt, and cayenne pepper in a medium bowl.
Using a pastry cutter or a fork, cut in the cold butter until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Stir in the shredded cheddar, parmesan cheese, and green onion.
