3/4 cup grated mozzarella cheese π§

Instructions
1οΈβ£ Preheat the oven to 425Β°F (220Β°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. π
2οΈβ£ In a medium saucepan, bring the water, butter, salt, and ground black pepper to a boil. Add the flour and stir until it forms a dough. Cook for another 2 minutes to dry out the dough. π²
3οΈβ£ Transfer the dough to a bowl and let it cool slightly. Slowly add the eggs, one at a time, and stir until well combined. π₯
4οΈβ£ Add the mozzarella cheese and parsley, then mix well. Using 2 tablespoons, round each ball of dough and drop it onto the prepared parchment paper. Set them 1.5″-2″ (4cm-5cm) apart. π
5οΈβ£ Sprinkle some grated parmesan cheese on top. π§
6οΈβ£ Bake for 10 minutes at 425Β°F (220Β°C), then reduce the temperature to 380Β°F (190Β°C) and bake for another 20-25 minutes until golden brown. Serve warm. ππ₯
